Instructions:
Make a ring of desired size and thickness by fusing plastic bags (I fused plastic bag handles), or using other found objects
On large needles (#15 - 10mm) cast on 90 stitches (adjust if necessary to the size of your ring)
Row 1 Knit all stitches
Row 2 Purl all stitches
Repeat row 1 and 2 three more times
Row 9 Place ring against knitted plastic, fold over and knit together each stitch with corresponding stitch in the first row
Row 10 Purl all stitches
Row 11 Knit all stitches, then cast on 10 stitches, place marker, and join in the round [100 sts]
Row 12 Knit all stitches
Row 13 (k2tog, yo) repeat to the end
Row 14 Knit all stitches
Row 15 (yo, k2tog) repeat to the end
Repeat rows 12-15 three more times
Row 28 (k3, k2tog) repeat to the end [80 sts]
Row 29 (k2tog, yo) repeat to the end
