Tarp
Description:
Tarps have many uses from building materials, to emergency shelters, to rain catchers.
Instructions:
Begin by fusing 4 layers of plastic (either 4 bags opened completely or 2 bags folded in half layered directly on top of each other). Make several of the 4 layered plastic until you have enough pieces to achieve the needed size.
Lay the pieces next to each other with about an inch of overlap. Fuse the pieces together. When you have fused the pieces to the desired size, fuse 4-6 additional layers over the the whole work to secure the joins and give added strength.
To hang, cut or put a small hot poker through each corner, about 1 inch from either edge. Thread an i-cord or another piece of rope through the holes and hang up.
If holes develop, they can easily be patched by fusing 4-6 new layers over the damaged area. For small holes, considered using the bag handles which may otherwise be wasted.
